Marketing & customer messaging

What we do

Alongside defence-grade physical security infrastructure (CCTV, ESPF perimeter systems, ATEX equipment, biometrics, and related programmes), Aura Systems runs an internal marketing and customer-communications function. We use official channels — email, phone, and Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform — to coordinate projects, share service updates, respond to support requests, and send permitted marketing messages to people who have opted in or otherwise have a legitimate business relationship with us.

WhatsApp Business Tech Provider

Aura Systems is onboarding as a Meta WhatsApp Business Platform Tech Provider. In that role we configure and operate WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) so that:

• Aura Systems can message its own customers, prospects, and project stakeholders; and
• Affiliated and portfolio companies under our group can use the same controlled messaging setup for their own customer communications.

This is not a public multi-tenant SaaS sold to unrelated third-party businesses. There is no open signup, public pricing page, or reseller portal for unaffiliated companies. Messaging is limited to Aura Systems and companies we own, control, or formally affiliate with.

Typical message types

• Project coordination and appointment reminders
• Service, maintenance, and AMC updates
• Support responses and operational notices
• Internal marketing and promotional messages where consent or another lawful basis applies

How we collect and use messaging data is described in our Privacy Policy, including our relationship with Meta under Meta’s Business Data Processing Terms.

To stop WhatsApp messages from Aura Systems or an affiliated company:

• Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE in the chat; or
• Email Contact@aurasystems.co.in with your WhatsApp number.
